A Community Intelligence Network
Turn everyday community activity into useful intelligence, and intelligence into timely action.
Autonomy Insights is for authorities, institutions and large businesses that need to understand structured community activity across the places and subjects within their remit.

Understand what is happening
Insights is designed to show community priorities, tag patterns, geographic distribution, emerging trends, engagement, issue lifecycles, historical comparisons and the performance of proposed Solutions.
The analytical layer is read-only. Organisations cannot moderate, remove or reorder community content, and they cannot influence public voting or priorities.

Respond through a verified organisational profile
An approved organisation can maintain its own Tag Cloud and prepare a Solution for a relevant tag. When a new issue uses that tag, the prepared response can be submitted automatically as a normal Solution attributed to the organisation.
Organisational Solutions sit alongside community and business Solutions. They remain subject to the same voting, discussion and moderation rather than receiving privileged placement.
Connect the signal to the right service
A matching tag is also intended to route a private internal alert containing the issue, location, tag and direct link to the appropriate in-house team. Each tag could be configured for the organisation’s own process, including an email, assigned task or connection to an existing service system.
An alert means that relevant activity has been detected and routed. It does not mean the issue has been acknowledged, accepted, actioned or completed.
Development status
The interface, analytical model and public-interaction functions are prototypes. Configurable internal service routing is a planned extension. A live organisational service depends on further development, governance and client requirements.
