Powered by Autonomy

Your organisation. Your network. Powered by Autonomy.

Create a private participation network under your organisation’s own identity. Control who can enter, what they can access and which internal tags they can see, while authorised users remain appropriately connected to relevant activity in surrounding communities.

Your private organisational network

A white-label environment can use the organisation’s own branding while retaining Autonomy’s structured participation mechanics: posts, information and evidence, discussion, voting and Solutions.

Permissioned tags ringfence internal activity so it is visible only to authorised users. Access can be organised around departments, locations, responsibilities or information sensitivity.

The access levels your organisation actually needs

There is no fixed three-level structure. A network might distinguish frontline staff, managers and executives, but the number and purpose of its levels should follow real information boundaries and working responsibilities.

Connected appropriately to surrounding communities

A private network does not have to become an isolated organisational bubble. Authorised users can see relevant public Autonomy activity around the organisation and participate appropriately in public threads.

The boundary remains firm: private posts and permissioned tags stay inside the organisation. Public users cannot enter the private network or see its internal content.

Shape the right network

The starting discussion establishes how far the network should extend, who needs access, how many access levels are justified, which tags must remain private and how the organisation should connect with surrounding communities.
